1/FILL IN TEAM AFFILIATION FORM
make sure that all teams are included and indicate gender/age group for current and future use.
2/FILL IN PLAYERS REGISTRATION FORM
all players should be registered where possible including age group and gender
3/PAYMENT
payment should be made as per the bank details shown - copy of all payments with details to be e mailed to playing affairs - at eba-4games@mweb.co.za
4/GAME SHEETS
before games all teams to submit team sheet with player details - if no player has been registered the team can register the player on the day of the game.
5/PLAYER WAIVER FORMS
to be filled in by every player once before the begining of a season/competition/game
6/FAQ
1/no team will be allowed to play if affiliation fee has not been processed before their scheduled match
2/njo unregistered players will be permitted to play
3/no player will be allowed to play unless the player waiver form has been submitted
